We are a small medical office with 25 employees looking for an IT consultant to take over our existing IT department with 3 employees. We found My Remote Tech and started working with them, going through transition and all new changes. We have never expected this process can go without any issues, but it did and actually it was very quick and now My Remote Tech handle all our IT support in house and remotely.

We have been working with My Remote Tech for quite some time, around 5 years. They are responsible for IT consulting and support for our 3 companies which all located in Los Angeles but different locations. Recently we have been saved by My Remote Tech due to an unexpected server crash including all our exchange local emails. I recently had some issues with our Mac systems in our office which apparently was difficult to resolve! The reason I'm saying is because we had two different Mac consultants trying to fix our issues and unfortunately they both failed to fix the problems. Finally we found My Remote Tech to come and look at our systems just to see if they can do something.
Surprisingly they did fix our issues on the first spot at the quickest time. Ever since we've been working with My Remote Tech as our primary outside IT & computer consultant and it couldn't be any better since our downtime has been decreasing exponentially.
