There is a lot of flexibility with scheduling which I appreciate. The chiropractors are very efficient and know what they are doing. I get e-stim and use the traction table along with the necessary adjustments.

Did a good job of diagnosing my desktop and gave options on which way to go with solutions. When the choice was to replace it they came up with a good dell replacement and transferred the data from the old computer. Very pleased with results.

They fixed my desktop power supply and got me back online. Then my wife's computer died and they got it back up and running. Love their professionalism and response time for getting things fixed. I'm now taking my old computer to restore so I can download my festival information and my many pictures of family, friends and church festivals They provide fast service and they are just a few miles away and I feel I can trust them with my stored data on my computers.

Reliable, Experienced, and Quality Care are what I can say about Mid-Atlantic Systems. The small team is knowledgeable in computer repair and up to date with the latest computer changes internal and external. I found Cherie and Aaron to have the best intentions for their customers. It can be easy to add in extra hours of work done for something a repair person knows they can finish easily with less time used.

That was not what I got from the team over at Mid-Atlantic Systems. They not only saved me from buying a new laptop but the total cost of the labor is what made me believe this is a reliable business. It is essential to know and support small businesses that want to help their customers while making a profit in the end. Everyone wins and I am thankful to have found Mid-Atlantic Systems.

My relatively new Dell Windows 10 business desktop crashed and would not reboot. At all. Completely dead in every way. I'm pretty handy with these things and can usually fix them myself. Not this time. I tried everything. I called Cherie & Kevin at Mid-Atlantic Systems -- which I've done a few times before -- and dropped the computer off to them 30 minutes later.

I had severe doubts the machine could be salvaged. But hallelujah, less than 48 hours later, they called me and told me they fixed it. For $75! What an absolute bargain. They even managed to save all my data and applications. So I didn't need to waste unnecessary downtime reloading everything and resetting all of my preferences and settings. These guys are lifesavers! And very friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend them for any computer/systems work you need.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Do not go here! Take your computer to Best Buy! I wanted to support a local buisness, and brought my computer in to get a basic software repair. They did not do anything you couldn't do yourself. They called hp & asked "what do I do?" And they did the same for Microsoft. They then charged me $100 for a part that doesn't even work!

They refused my refund on the part even though it wasn't installed on the computer. The problem was obviously a software issue but they assumed it was a hardware issue and made me buy the part. They later said that they didn't know how to fix it & charged me $75 for looking at it. I spent $175 and they only made my computer worst. This buisness does not know how to fix computers. All they do is google resolutions and call the computer company. (Things you can do yourself) Please do yourself a favor and go to Best Buy. I wish I never went here.

I sure was lucky to find this place! I had a deeply troubled laptop. It took a lot longer than I expected to fix it, but they would not give up till my many problems were solved. They are total pros all the way and really know IT inside out and backwards. So forget the rest, go to the best!

A week ago our laptop froze up on us and Windows would not load. We are fairly new to the area and I had no idea who to call. I checked here on Yelp and found Mid-Atlantic Systems. I am SO glad that I found them! I called and spoke with Cherie, and she told me to bring it right over. My husband had just finished a big project for an online class and needed to submit it by Saturday.

I dropped the computer off on a Wednesday and Cherie had it fixed and ready by early Friday afternoon. She called me Thursday with an update (after hours by the way), and she said that she would do everything she could to get the computer fixed by Friday if possible. She resolved the issue and provided some good recommendations all at a very reasonable price. She was very kind and professional. We will definitely be using Mid-Atlantic Systems for all of our computer needs going forward.

I went to Mid Atlantic systems based on Yelp reviews and I found it satisfactory. I had a laptop which had a messed up screen. I'm no computer genius so I took it in one day and spoke to Ms. Cherie, who took a look at it while I was there and we talked over the possible issues and the possible solutions. She gave me different options on what places to order the new screen from and got me to cheapest deal.

I left it in her hands for about a week. I called once and got an update on how my computer was doing. Then I received my computer in about a day and a half. After getting my computer back in great condition I recommended MAS to my mom and brother. They both seemed to find it satisfactory. One suggestion though, make sure you call to make sure they're in before going, otherwise they may be out fixing a computer on location and may not be in the office.

My mom's laptop was all but trashed when we decided to bring it in as a last ditch effort to save it. After a week, the computer was back and better than ever. Well exceeded my expectations. Geek Squad, goodbye forever.

My girlfriend's mother's laptop was a wreck that I had spent forever trying to fix. It didn't load, and when it did the internet wasn't working. After weeks of consternation I gave Mid-Atlantic a call and dropped it off to Aaron, who was nothing but courteous and professional. He had given me a price for the diagnostic ($75) and kept me updated with the progress of the laptop, informing me of his next steps in repair as well as his Plans A, B, and C.

The laptop is as good as new. Because of our open dialogue I knew he exhausted every logical option and troubleshooted to the best of his ability. I knock on wood that any of our laptops would need any fixing, but I am confident I know where I'm going next time such a thing happens.
