After our intro, try us out with an appointment. Meet with a consultant, review your project goals. Or give us a nagging issue that you've been unable to resolve. We're the firm IT departments engage when they're stuck. Unlike other companies who provide "free" consulting (and then pad a future project to make up for it), we're completely up front about our fees.

L was the Dell Tech working a subcontractor. I came and fixed an in warranty Dell desktop. The Owner/CEO was pretty nice. He saw me hustle to the car and back 4 times to put more money in the meter. My company is sketchy on reimbursement. They take about 2-3 weeks to reimburse me so I didn't want to fork over too much money on parking garages. This was my third call of the day and had already racked up $40+ dollars on fees. So, this time I just fed the meter.
I think Harold Mann saw how effed up I was so he came out and talked to me a bit. He didn't have to because he's busy im sure. He was pretty friendly. Probably because he felt sorry for me.
