Beware of the snake oil salesman! Embarrassed that I bought their claims of how their ShoreTel phone system would connect my remote office staff, it's VOIP. Failed to mention that additional hardware was required, a different story than when we ordered phones for the remote locations. Regret meeting this group! Barry
