LANAIR is a phenomenal technology partner. They have an unbelievably talented technical bench despite their relatively small size. However, it's also their size that allows them to provide incredible customer service. You feel like you are part of their team when you work with them. We have never had a less than stellar experience on any project we've used them for.

LANAIR takes care of all our IT infrastructure needs across all 32 of our locations. Their professionalism and support sets them apart from any other MSP we have ever worked with. 0 Stars if it was an option. They cold call you over and over and over again. They don't get that you are refusing to speak with them when you turn their call to VM, they just call right back. I hate cold callers and hate people that repeatedly call my number over and over until I pickup. Its harrassment! I would never choose to do business with an organization that does this sort of practice.
