My wife and I want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason's Computer Services. The professionalism we encountered was, frankly, more than we expected. We were especially impressed with the knowledge and customer service provided to us by Mr. Mark Turner. He listened to what our expectations were and then guided us in purchasing the "exact" replacement computer upgrade we were looking for, too include our desire for a combination printer, scanner, copier and fax machine.

We were also immediately impressed with the business store front and customer viewing area. Our one suggestion, however, is that the business sign on the highway is difficult to see, but thankfully we did find this fine business organization. We are also looking forward to the long term technical support and would strongly recommend joining their Loyalty Membership Program. Thank you Jason's and Mark Turner!

I have been using Jason's Computers for over 5 years now but have never written a posting before. The service I have gotten from them has been outstanding especially from one of the Techs Mark and of course Jason himself. I have really been very pleased with Mark's dedication and patience in dealing with a 77 year old's lack of computer training. I would highly recommend anyone who has a computer to use Jason's and especially Mark as an excellent Tech if you are in need of help with your computer needs. You will be very pleased as I have been.

THIS IS LENGTHY, BUT PLEASE READ. As someone that has worked with Jason for a long time, I felt it my responsibility to speak the truth. I have been waiting for the right moment and I think now is that time. Jason takes advantage of his customers that do not know any better. He up charges close to 1000% for some of his products and often mis-advertises heavily used products as "new".

The JCS business violates customer privacy with their remote monitoring software going against their own written contracts. The JCS business does not properly maintain services as advertised that a customer pays for such as NAS, server, antivirus and file backups. Workers and customers are frequently verbally abused and threatened, written contracts are not upheld.

The only way this business has stayed afloat and in good standing for as long as it has been, is because people are too worried to speak up. If you throw enough money at something and are good enough at lying, you can run a successful business it seems. Please, do not give this man your business. Thank you.

Have been using Jason's services for 6 years now. I have always been struck by his total honesty. If you don't need a new computer, then he will tell you, "you don't need a new computer." And he will explain thoroughly what you need to do. His ability to size up a problem in minutes (in my case I had two different anti-viruses fighting each other and locking up Windows) is amazing. Today, he has a secretary and full staff. You can trust your computer to this place. Thank you.

The staff here is very knowledgeable. Nathan has helped me serval times, and the best is that when you have an issue, they can just remote in and figure out what is going on with your machine. That is worth every penny when it comes to saving time by not having to take my computer in and wait around for it to be looked at. Great value for the money!

Over the last year we have purchased two laptops from Jason's Computer Services and could not be more pleased with their sales and service. When we had trouble teleworking because our router set up was not working well, Jason's technician came to our home, fixed our problems and set us up well to utilize our internet service. When we purchased a new printer, Chris from Jason's set it up in our home and assured that it worked from all our computers. Chris explained everything in lay-person's terms, and answered every question and request, no matter how odd (like how can I find where I stored my phone voicemail recordings). I was very impressed by the prompt and professional service provided by Jason's Computer. They diagnosed my problem (a failed hard drive) and were able to install a new drive and recover data from a backup disk within a day. They took plenty of time to go over the new system with me and reinstall applications for me. Their customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.0

Excellent service! I brought my desktop tower in because it absolutely would not start. I had upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 but it never really worked well.very frustrating experience with Microsoft tech support. Jason diagnosed the problem, repaired it and has it running Windows 10. It is performing better than ever. All within 24 hours of dropping it off!

Jason is the our go to computer expert on the Eastern Shore. Most restaurants on the shore work with Jason. He recently repaired my wife's computer. The computer wouldn't start and he diagnosed and repaired. I strongly recommend Jason for fast, professional service right here on the Eastern Shore.
