I worked with Integrity Technology Solutions on an email problem I was having. The guru they assigned to my ticket was very sympathetic to my frustrations and did not blow off my concerns. We went back and forth to test various solutions and he checked up on me if I got busy and didn't respond right away. It was a great experience by an extremely knowledgeable staff!

We played the game of trying to hire and maintain in house support, it was expensive and hard to evaluate the effectiveness. We tried to source to a vendor and it felt like we had a monthly repair bill and our needs were not being addressed effectively.
