I have used their services since the day they opened for business about 10 years ago. Bryant, Russ, Preston and his team are top notch. My 2005 Toyota Camry still runs like new. I had a tire plugged and all four tires rotated, after receiving the vehicle back that Friday evening I noticed one of my Lugnuts was missing. After calling the business they stated that this lug nut was already missing and since I did not mention it to them they were not responsible for it. I did not mention it because it was not missing, I am not a liar or a thief so I will tell someone if there was something wrong with my vehicle prior to giving it to them. So seeing as how they don't want to take responsibility for a single lug nut I will never do business with them again.

I was referred to HH Auto Techs by a past review. I'd run over a screw and took my car to them for their opinion. Rather than directing me or selling me a new tire, given the small amount of tread used, they were able to patch my tire. They were honest and up front, and didn't give my the run-around. Would definitely recommend them!

Great and friendly customer service, I had issues with my vehicle on the drive down. Fix it in a jiffy well in advance before it was time for me to return home.

We have been using Hilton Head Auto Techs since we moved onto Hilton Head in June of 2018. They do a fantastic job and perform a general inspection of our Rav4 every time that they work on it. They check the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and keep our vehicle and us safe! Very friendly and accommodating people. We highly recommend!

I brought in a classic car, that was to be judged in FL, with a large battery drain that killed an 18 month old battery. The team found the issue and to make sure they corrected it, they kept the car over the weekend to test it after sitting for 2 days before they gave me back the car.
