This company produces garbage. Their product is garbage, their tech support is garbage, their warranty return policy is garbage. I purchased an access point to provide WiFi to a distant part of the house. It worked for about 3 months, then nobody could connect to it, and every time you try to change the password you have to hard reset it to factory settings and configure it from scratch and HOPE it works when it comes back up. I'm over it. Go with Netgear, Linksys, Samsung, or ASUS, period.
