Richard is a wizard! My Dell workstation laptop would not boot after a Microsoft update. Richard tracked down the problem, Microsoft replaced Intel and Nvidia graphics with old drivers. He updated to the right ones, back in business. Would highly recommend.

Took my husband's laptop to Genusys - for a host of performance issues that I just could not resolve with basic troubleshooting.
