Customer Testimonials

My computer was in really bad shape, with lots of complicated issues. Scott persevered until everything was solved. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I now have a perfectly functioning computer. Thanks to Scott of Geeks in Phoenix.

I've been a client for several years. Scott is such an expert and very patient. He responds quickly and his fees are also very reasonable. He is current on all the computer software tech information. I highly recommend him.

For all your computer needs & excellent web site design we go to Scott at Geeks in Phx. because he's the best out there! If I could give him ten stars I would because he deserves it! No matter what computer issues you are having Scott can fix them and in a very timely manner. His prices our very reasonable for the quality of work that he does. Scott always goes way above & beyond the call of duty! We highly recommend him and his company. Thanks Scott we give you AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++

Scott identified the problem on my computer which was a failing hard drive and a corrupted operating system. He replaced and repaired it all and saved all my data within 24 hours at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the work done.

First satisfactory computer repair experience ever. I built a new desktop PC for fast video editing, but monitor and sound were both dead. No way to diagnose the problem. Reluctantly went back to Data Doctors, who declined to test the processor, and suggested their only option would be replacement of my processor and motherboard. ..... $750 retail, plus their charges . $1000 might not cover.

Geeks in Phoenix not only agreed to test my processor, but did so in a day (the processor was fine). ...for veery little money. Superb value. Already replacing the motherboard for return to vendor, with confidence.

This is my GO TO service now.

I found Geeks in Phoenix after searching online for someone to help me with Windows 10 update and wifi not working on my laptop. He had excellent customer service he answered all my questions and was very honest. I now took a laptop to him with a broken charging port. I trust him and he does excellent work. I plan on coming back to him for all my lapyop/desktop needs. Highly recommend!

I called and was able to drop my computer off immediately, had it back in less than 24 hours and charged very reasonably. Will definitely use again.

I've taken my PC desktop and laptop to Scott on a few occasions, and he always does a great job, with a quick turnaround time, and reasonable prices. Keep up the good work, man!

For your computer service needs, I definitely won’t hesitate to recommend ‘GEEKS in Phoenix’ TO ALL MY FRIENDS for their ‘willing’, ‘able’ and ‘honest-to-goodness ‘ services to all!

Geeks in Phoenix is like Ken's Auto repair in Tempe. If you want someone who provides honest, intelligent, friendly, fast service and very fair pricing go to Geeks in Phoenix. Best Buys geek squad was going to charge me $99 for a diagnosis, but Geeks in Phoenix fixed the problem for $60. Scott really knows his stuff here and gives much better pricing than any computer services I've seen.

Scott took the time to do research and determine what was wrong before giving me a blanket solution and quote. Turned out the issue was a little more tricky than we thought, but we figured out what was needed before I even brought the computer over to him. Got the work done right away, reasonably priced, great service.
