Front desk was a little discombobulated, but that's because we're the first guests to stay in the hotel. It's beautiful, new, and clean, the bathrooms are gorgeous and the hotel so so clean. They have a smart TV that does YouTube, and tap keycards, and the beds are comfy with two pillows per person. There's air conditioning that you can adjust in the room!

My group of about 40 individuals were the first ones to stay in this hotel and besides the front desk having some technical difficulties with the room key machine everything has run smoothly. Our rooms are nice and fresh and you can definitely smell the newness in the air. The bed is comfy, the sheets are soft, and most importantly the air conditioner works really well.

Our tv has a function to change the language as well so we were watching shows in English. Our room came with a mini bar, storage area, and a safe. At first look our ourside window/door looks like it's a window to nothing but there is actually a half glass wall preventing you from just falling to your death. My only complaint would be the crampedness in the shower/toilet area.

I couldn't help but touch the bidet with the back of my legs when I opened the shower door and there is no way to open it inwards. There is at least a single Queen bed, option as well as a two twin bed option that the twins can be separated. There is not an option for laundry services in this hotel. However there is a good laundry mat a couple doors down.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were calm even when dealing with the stress of their first customers being 40+ people at the same time. I will update my review once we have breakfast tomorrow. Update: breakfast is typical for European countries consisting of bread rolls, croissants, a variety of jams, slices of meat and cheese, oat cereal, and coffee.

You can get scrambled eggs upon request but I think after most of us had requested scrambled eggs they just started making it. This is not a hotel for the technologically challenged. The light switches are a bit confusing as well as the air conditioner. The rooms get cold but then no matter what you have it set to, it resets to 24°C later in the mornings and the lights come on too.

Do not disturb is on the air conditioning panel too. The shower is.complicated to say the least. My only true complaints are that the shower doesn't seal so there was a quite a bit of leaking onto the floor. The toilet/shower area is cramped with little room to move around and no where to set things except on the floor. And the sliding glass door separating the toilet/shower from the sink was extremely difficult to push/pull to open and close.

There isnt a phone in the room so every issue you have (like learning how to work the shower) you have to go downstairs for. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly however. A couple of my group mates complained separately about not having a trash can, no toilet paper, and no handsoap but the staff were helpful to get them what they needed. Extra towels aren't an issue, we got 3 bath towels for our 2 person room, 2 hand towels, 1 small towel, and a floor towel. The hotel is still working on a few things outside and inside but overall we had a good experience and great sleep. I'm going to add a video of how to work the shower.
