I just got off the phone with Bruce and couldn't help but leave this review. As the owner of a small commercial property and medical office, I have never had such an honest, productive and simply pleasant conversation with an IT company. This was only our first conversation and I feel he understands our situation more than companies that I've worked with for years. The Purple Guys have always been very responsive whenever I have needed them - early in the morning, during the business day, and even late into the evening. Every one of their agents have been knowledgeable and have fixed my issues in a timely manner. They look out for their customers!

My company uses The Purple Guys as our IT department and not only are they incredibly quick and thorough, but they are adept at handling our employees' needs no matter their location. We have offices in three different states and field employees in another 12 states, and they are friendly and knowledgeable to all of us.

It really just doesn't get any better than the Purple Guys. I get calls from other IT vendors regularly wanting our business and I don't even give them the time of day. The Purple Guys are fast, thorough, never make us feel bad for silly issues, never let us down, never drop the ball. Truly THE BEST.

We have used Purple Guys as our IT support group for a long time now! The customer service is the best and they do a fabulous job being attentive to our systems and keeping us up and running. They coordinate well with our other vendors when necessary to resolve issues quickly and effectively. I highly recommend this group!

The Purple Guys have been a tremendous upgrade to our IT solutions. We contracted with them approximately 2 years ago and it has been a valuable relationship ever since. They came into our office and were able to evaluate our current computer/server portfolio and make suggestions to improve our work performance. The changes have been both cost and time effective.

Beyond the overall system, the PG customer service is top notch. Each associate is able to reach out with technology questions and/or issues. Each associate receives the same high-standard of service from the PG team. Quick, helpful and thorough results. I would highly recommend the Purple Guys to anyone.

I have extensive experience with We-Are-IT managed services for over a year, and was very pleased with their service. I would spread the word to anyone needing IT work/services. They recently merged with The Purple Guys and all of the We-Are-IT people stayed on with them. Thus far, my interactions with The Purple Guys has been outstanding! They are quick to respond, customer service oriented, thy have experts in different areas of IT that be assigned to different problems. I would recommend The Purple Guys for small to large business managed IT services.
