Setup of new computers or laptops including connection to new or existing wireless or wired network, your are NOT charged per computer setup ONLY charged by the hour.

Hardware Configuration
Setup of new peripherals or any external devices. Installation of any new internal hardware, new hard drive, memory, video cards, etc.

System Tune-Ups
Need to have computer operating system cleaned up or even re-installed? Including physically cleaning of the internal system?

Starting in the Information Technology field over ten years ago. I attended school for Local Area Networking. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional, working with everything from DOS, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 2003, Linux, Novell E-Directory and Mac OSX. I have been employed in the Education field as LAN Technician, Lead Technician, Desktop Administrator, Systems Administrator and a Manager of Desktop Services.

I have instructed A+ and Microsoft Certification courses. A few network projects I have been involved in were the upgrading of a Token-Ring Network to Ethernet and conversion of Novell E-Directory network, consisting of over 1000 users, to Windows 2003 Active Directory. I also have experience with VMware ESX, Server virtualization.
