Service contract and warranty upgrade equipment are covered Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Our company needed Employee ID badges made up asap. We are in the Emergency Standby Generator business here in MA and wanted all of our Technicians badged prior to an impending State of Emergency declaration from our Governor. I called Higgins on Friday and their Portland, ME facility had all completed badges in my hands by Tuesday morning. Incredible Customer Service and the total cost even came in under the estimate.
