Mar 10 : Broken screen replace request (paid $75 for checking) Mar 15 : I Try to call ( no answer) Mar 16 : I Try to call ( no answer) Mar 22 : Visited store ( closed w/sign Noon~2pm) Mar 23 : Tried to call ( no answer) Mar 24 : Visit store ( they said found touch screen need to be replaced) ( When they have part which ordered promise to make a phone call to me) Mar 28 : Finally first Phone call ( part has received, charged $377) ( also promise to call back again after done fix) Mar 31: I try to call ( no answer) Apr 1st : Second Phone call ( replacement will be done within 3days) Apr 5 : I try to call ( no answer) Apr 7 : Visit store and ask for my laptop, they said "We try to fix it but couldn't." then refund me $377.

Horrible customer service dropped my computer off paid 75 dollars they said it would be done in 3-4 business days 2 weeks go by I call them they said they would call me the next day about it another week goes by I don't hear anything. Maybe if the owner stopped replying to bad reviews and did some actual work then he would have happy customers.

I was experiencing problems with connecting to the internet. They recommended reinstalling Drivers. Charge $135. That didn't work so they ordered a new NIC card - charge $60 waited 10 days to get it. That didn't work. They recommended changing antenna connecting to NIC card. Then I went online and bought my own USB NIC for $10. Problem solved. I would not recommend this company.

It started out with my computer not posting so I took it in for them to diagnose the problem. I paid the $75 and they told me it would be a week. 2 weeks later they still had not called me so I went to the store to get a refund and my computer back which they did honor but when they refunded me they did it wrong. They charged me an $75. They did give me a call back and they are fixing their mistake but come on.

DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE! Had Spyhunter 4 virus, needed removal and brought 4 TB backup to be checked with 10 years of professional photos. Paid $75 fee up front. After no callback, I called: "There is no ticket and no notes, I'll have to call a colleague to find what is wrong with it" - then, (verbal) Your computer is "full of viruses" $550. estimate to fix, YOUR BACKUP IS 'COMPLETELY BROKEN - WE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT IT WON'T EVEN OPEN".
I went to pick it up and they refused to give me back the backup: No written estimate or notes. "It's broken, we'll keep it in case somebody can do something to open it" Gave me hard-sell on new computer. rabbed both and brought them to Computer Recycling. Backup was PERFECT. $100. fixed virus.
