To attempt fixing network connectivity problems, click Tools, and then click "Diagnose Connection Problems." On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). See if your Internet connection settings are being detected. You can set Microsoft Windows to examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings (if your network administrator has enabled this setting). Some sites require 128-bit connection security.

Wonderful communication with the staff! It was also educational; they advise you how to handle your device. Highly recommended and I will send all my family and friends to this store!

Daniel helped me recover some important files from my laptop that stopped working. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's so nice to work with people that know what they are doing and just want to help you. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Helped us with our website and also fixing our old laptop. Really happy with service and really fast. Faster than the box stores we took it to.

Very knowledgable staff. Paul was very nice to work with and pricing was very competitive. I felt like they knew all the options for my IT needs and I just had to choose what I wanted to do. They also had a web design department so I could work with the same team for my online marketing as well.
