Awesome people! Looked everywhere for an item I wanted asap. Everyone just said they could order it. These awesome people quickly checked and did not have it either BUT rather than follow the other stores steps, they explained to me a better way to fulfill my needs without even needing the item. That's putting customer service on top!

Well for starters and they could carry some supplies for PC gamers like waterblock and tubing. It's a great basic computer shop and has potential but Amazon will still get most of my shopping as they don't have an rgb splitter

Absolutely I N C R E D I B L E! My hard drive apparently had failed. I took it to the place on campus and was told it would be about a week wait for a turn around, which feels like a really long time when all of your classes are online. I did a lot of calling around and comparing of services in the valley, and these guys stood out by far. They are so, so awesome to work with!

Customer service was amazing, their communication was amazing, and they had a computer that was given to them on a Friday night fixed and - in better working condition than it's been in a long time - by Monday afternoon. Shout out to Wayde, Lisa, and Curt! You are all fantastic and absolute life-savers!

The people here are really nice, but they are completely scamming people when it comes to buying computer parts. They are selling graphics cards and other parts that msrp for ~$600 for over $1500. It's pathetic enough to see people doing it all over Ebay and other sites, but to see it from a shop in my home town is truly sad. Really shows how little they care for their customers and only seek their wallets.

The people who work here are super nice and very smart about computers. I had some of the best service here compared to anywhere else in the valley.

Brought a laptop in for a diagnosis on a damaged screen, when I got the laptop back it had MORE cracks than before. No new cracks had appeared for 6 months prior to this, so it didn't just happen. Having said this, they were nice to interact with, and others appear to have had good interactions with them, so 3/5

These guys ARE AWESOME. The owners go above and beyond for their customers. I live in a different state but it's worth it to go to Logan. I have a Tri-caster platform for video prouction and FB/YouTube live. Best computer place I have ever found. Could not recommend more highly. They're amazing.
