Could you send the order as quickly as possible, when ordering delivery was expected in 3-4 days. 1 month later I 'b'au still received. in the absence of my order until 08/05/2022 I am contacting the police and consumer protection for fraud

Terrible experience- bought an espresso machine, defect when I received it, sent it back and most online shop will just send a new one- instead they send it to repair and it took two months to send it back, when it's sent back- IT'S BROKEN AGAIN. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE

They sending OVP, used or subjects from the reclamations as NEW. It is not a NEW product if there's no outer foil and inner box is rapt. This was not a transport damage. Answers for my e-mail where i want to clear the situation? NONE.

I've purchased a laptop from this website. I eventually got it after lots of problems. I don't live in Europe, i got charged an extra 100euros for a refund because of the change value after the refund without even receiving compensation for it. I had to order a 2nd time because i really needed the laptop. the reason behind the refund is because DHL couldn't send the laptop because of how big and powerful the battery is.

They didn't mention this anywhere on their page, i waited a whole month without a single mail until they canceled it without even notifying me. Ever since i started calling them in person because of how slowly they process emails, i imagine they receive lots of emails everyday which explains why. I suggest you call them personally whenever you have an issue.

And make sure DHL can send you an item otherwise you will pay the fee, wait a whole month just for the order to be cancelled and you'll only receive a fraction of the price you paid if you don't live in EU or DE. Overall their pricing is fair and nice but i just don't like the way they handled my order. I've been asked to make a review after receiving the product, so here's my order ID: 2022020408012830

Worst service I've ever experienced. Made 2 orders 1st one wasnt holding the delivery time and even a month, after the supposed delivery, I didnt recieve the product so I canceled the order. 2nd order was in time but missed some vital parts. Even after writing and phone the return department multiple times for a spare part (which was missing), nothing was happening and when they finally responded to my request the article was no longer available and they couldnt send me a spare part.

Both times I tried to buy a pc system and the parts that were missing were the harddrives which should be easy to come buy but apparently the company is incompetent to order a spare for a full month. Never will I order anything again and I cant recommend anyone else to buy from here aswell.

In mid-August 2021, I ordered a hard drive from this store, but it turned out to be inoperative. I sent the faulty hard drive back. At the same time, I still have not received a working HDD or a refund! More 3 months have passed from the moment of ordering until today! Emails are not answered, completely ignored Never contact this company if you do not want to lose time and money. The HDD was still sent. But it cost me many nerves and time.

Got what I ordered. Good choice of ASUS kit and good value. Sometimes better to go to places like this instead of Amazon because we need them as much as they need us.

Be very careful when buying from this website. Two days ago I bought a MacBook Air M1 from the website and they have product images of a QWERTY keyboard. I bought it as I need a qwerty keyboard and after a day not to receive any surprises I have sent an email to them and informed me that no the laptop being shipped is a QWERTZ keyboard. In the website there is no where mentioned that the keyboard is QWERTZ and not QWERTY.

I asked them to stop or inform DHL to stop parcel from reaching the postal hub I use but computer universe only replied day after when the laptop arrived to the hub. Through telephone I was assured from the company that they are going to change images and fully refund me the cost of the laptop and the shipping costs I am going to incurre because of their lack of correct information on the website. They are now finding excuses not to refund me fully. Just be careful and ask before you purchase from them!

I do not recommend them yet as i have order waited a month to receive my order i have open the box of a product that i order with in the box it was a wrong product the box how eve was not sealed like usually new products are any i have called them and asking them to resolve the situation by any means necessary keep in my that i have waited a month to get my order.when i called them a a good gent answer the phone i told him my issue and and he was very polite as we end up the phone we agree to send him pictures on the email and he was going to speak to the team to find me the right solution with out me having to wait another month to get my item correct item i dont care about the wrong item that i have received i told them that i can mail them back and in the mean time to mail me the correct item that i bough i he siad the person on the phone that he was going to find a solution. Tow days have passed i have not heard back from them so i decide to give them a call again.

This time at the end of the line was one of the rudest person i have spoken to my entire life he was aggressive over the phone and he told me there is nothing they can do and its my fault and i have to wait for them to see the email with the photos and he said to me to never call back again about any email or about a problem with order and he never let me to say word i am still waiting to resolve the issue so i would not recommend to any one yet. I have uploaded the invoice of my order with highlighted the wrong item and i have include the photos that i have send them. My customer number is: 3912416.

Terrible Customer Service! Stay away! They dont want to fix problems of their own. They want to send you somewhere else and have to pay for it. I wouldn't even give them a ONE star if I didn't have to! They suck! Go elsewhere.

Computer Universe has been my go-to place for many years. I found them after getting shafted by the big-box guys which geeks didn't know any more than I did. (I'm now 80 and have been a user since the early 80's). I had an old Gateway serviced there, upgraded and added to and was very pleased with their prompt turn around and quality work.

I have since had them build two computers for me and am working yet on the most recent one (about 4 years old now). The few problems I have had were fixed quickly, once while I waited. I highly recommend both their products and their technicians. I take both my Windows and Apple machines to them and they know what they are doing.

I am a tech from Los Angeles in Tupelo visiting family and friends. One of my friends machines failed main board was blown. These guys were suggested to me by a friend who has dealt with them before however I have dealt with what I call fly by night computer companies before and so I am leery about going with guys I have not heard of (hp, comcrap etc).

So I hit their web site, not flashy but I go more for substance anyway. I was impressed with the way they made it to where I could research the components they use on my own (was impressed that they use the same components that I do). So I go to the store half expecting a bait and switch routine the rep greets me as I come through the door (thumbs up there) I request the system the rep did not try to upsell me or bait and switch he showed me the system pulled the box and I was good to go.

They did not try to push other stuff on me either. I was also surprised to see they supply the genuine windows os disk and drivers with the unit rather than a crappy cracked copy or nothing at all. It was as close to the perfect unpressured experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
