The employees are professional and clearly know what they're doing, so they are worth the price. I recently had a device fixed, and it feels as goo as new! There was one employee who made us rather uncomfortable, like we were a nuisance, but for the most part, everyone was helpful and pleasant. Definitely intend to return here if I have any other devices in need of fixing in the future

If you have brought a machine to this company for repair, you should check to see if parts were swapped out and replaced with older, cheaper, inferior models. Like a mechanic swapping out expensive car parts with generic replacements. The owner is highly unprofessional, and shady. It would not be surprising if he were to do something of that nature for his own personal gain.

My home network had issues with a WiFi access point. Zack was able to resolve the issue quickly. Very competent. Thank you!. I also go there for laptop issues or repair.

Stay away from this company. Very unprofessional, computer took to long to fix and when it was fixed different problems arose. Kept getting the run around. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

These guys are awesome, HIGHLY recommended. I had a new server that needed configuration and I couldn't do it myself. They squeezed me in with barely any notice and came out and got my server up and running. They know their stuff and I won't use anyone else now.

Bought a computer from them, had problems (caused by my flash drive). Their tech was extremely patient with me and he determined that this was the cause of my problem. I disconnected the flash drive and the system worked perfectly! There was no extra charge for this support. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH! Will buy from them again.

It was a simple thing to figure out (for someone professional) but the start by taking $55 deposit! I knew what is the problem with my PC but wad not sure, so before blaming the Gigabyte company for their broken VGA card, just wanted to make sure that this is the problem. So my thought was to "ask" if this is the problem. When I came to take it back they said the cost is the WHOLE deposit! I can't tell if they are good but I can say they are very very expensive!

I was pleased with the service I received over the last month or so from Computer SOS. My laptop is only about 1.5 years old and one of the hinges on the case just failed at life. The whole bottom case was cracking open with it and it was getting worse every time I was using it. Luckily, since I used my credit card to buy it, I was able to make a claim to use the credit card's extended warranty.

After filing the claim, I needed an itemized estimate of repairs. Chain places (like "BB") do not do major things at the store and you have to pay to ship your computer out of state. Other places I looked up were just guys that worked out of their basement it seemed. I contacted Computer SOS and after dropping off my laptop, they kindly got me the needed itemized estimate, with no charge or pre-payment needed, in only 24 hours.

They held on to my computer and once my claim was approved about 10 business days later, they started repairs. They did let me know that when they were taking apart my laptop that the all in one keyboard broke, but they would replace that at their expense. There was a little need for re-communication with the repair guy after the main repairs were done.

They fixed the laptop, but then had me pick it up and checked that they were replacing the keyboard and not just trying to patch up the broken keys, order the keyboard, and bring it in again. I ended up just having to drop it off for a day, but it is ok now and I appreciate that they were forthright when the problem occurred. The repairs have held up great and I was contacted promptly when they are done. Talking to the actual repair guys, well, they are computer guys so it is sort of what you would expect.

The gentleman at the front desk and who answers the main phone is super pleasant though. Granted, the money for the repairs did not have to come out of my pocket, but I was happy with the experience all around dealing with Computer SOS.

I just took my almost eight year old Alienware PC to these guys because the sound stopped working even after we bought a new sound card. Other than having no sound it works 100% fine and this machine is behind pampered (liquid coolant topped off every few months, case opened and dusted out every 2 months). It does have an issue after being unplugged and restarted where you have to go in and enable some settings in the BIOS, and I left clear written instruction on what to do.

I received a call the next day saying "You just need a new machine, this thing is 8 years old. Your liquid cooling doesn't work and has air bubbles, I didn't even turn it on because it is going to overheat.". I have no idea how long this idiot had been working on computers but I immediately went and picked my PC up before they scrapped it for parts.

I got it home, topped off the coolant And started it up just fine. And guess what! It didn't overheat! Shocking! Whatever you do do NOT send you machines to this complete rip off of a business. $50 wasted for them to not even turn my computer on!
