Computer Repair-Vellve Systems

My laptop was destroyed after it was accidentally dropped. I thought it didn't have a fix for this because it was in pieces. Surprisingly, this computer repair place fixed it all up to make it like new, they also put another drive to make it even faster than before. I'm shocked with these guys. Very good computer repair shop.

My kaptop had broken binges and parts were ordered. They allowed me to take my computer back, while the parts were being delivered. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the service and time frame. Great company to bring your computers repaired

My apple computer didn't turn on after some water spill. They fixed the laptop enough to turn on. My sound didn't work anymore but I decided not to fix that part. Turn around was outstanding and good customer service. Ahmed the tech is very knowledgeable.

Forget Best Buy's Geek Squad, which requires you to schedule an appointment and will take days to fix your computer. With Vellve, you can bring your computer or laptop in the morning and they will have it fixed by the afternoon.

I also want to mention they can also build a computer for you if you're interested in PC Gaming! I recently bought a new computer from them a few months ago and it works fantastic. I highly recommend.

Best computer place to get your system running again. We dropped off a computer for virus removal and it was ready for pick up 5 hours later, I didn't lose any data whatsoever.last time I took it to another repair center, they had deleted all my files. Thumbs up!

Alex is a great computer tech, he came to our house to setup a laptop with some other devices to communicate with each other. We purchased another laptop so he could set it up to print as well. He has installed now a new wireless device that allows us to be on WIFI outside more than 100 feet! Great technology technology company. I've recommended them everyone I know

The apple store wanted to schedule an appointment for me next week - I can't wait until next week when this is my work computer! I started doing some online research and found this company, I followed their reviews, and I'm glad I contacted them From the first call, they told me I didn't have to have an appointment, and my problem could be solved the same day if parts were in stock. Well, the part was not in stock but the tech was still able to repair the issue in 4 days! I'm happy I did the extra online research to find this company.

They go so far above what's expected to treat their customers excellently. I've gotten a few repairs with them -- they're my go-to, and they've proven themselves to be trustworthy and skilled. They took care of my computer and were really nice to me. I can confidently say they do whatever it takes to make sure customers are satisfied. I couldn't recommend their business more.

Took in my laptop found out it was my hard drive gave a great price an he also offered to put my information from the old drive back on the laptop with a new hard drive for a low price. Had my laptop back the next day. Great customer service an glad I did not have to buy a new laptop. If you need a laptop or desktop repair take it to them you won't be sorry.

Poor response and high cost. Went for laptop repair, the response is very poor and the quote/cost is very high.

Hands down the worst experience I've every had paying someone to do a job. Alex lied to me on several occasions which ended up costing me about $400. I messed up a GPU install and brought it in so they could test all the components individually to determine what I had broke and what I would need to buy to get back up and running. The GPU (+$250) was brand new and could've been returned but Alex told me it tested fine and that my problem was my power supply.

They had my computer for over 2 months before they actually tested the GPU. I had a 600W power supply on hand but Alex said, 'I don't know who told you that you could use that but it won't work', so I bought an 850W (+$100), turns out I only needed a 450W. I was also charged $50 for a motherboard install without telling me that that was going to be an extra fee.

This place looks shady from the outside, go with your gut on this one and take your expensive electronics somewhere else. I think at the time I felt like I didn't have too many options since corona had most things shut down but I should've trusted my instincts and went somewhere else. Seriously, run away from this place while you can. This is just a short summary of what happened, Alex flat out lied to me multiple times but I only listed the ones that cost me money.

Laptop took a dump. Just went blank. Read the reviews on Vellve and decided to give them a try. Great communications. Replaced the motherboard and key board was NG. I agreed to replace the key board and the new key board was bad as well. Once again very good on the communications. They contacted the key board supplier and managed to keep the responsibility where it need to be - with the supplier. New key board overnighted and installed asap. Also was able to save my data. HD was still good. Would highly recommend.

They couldn't help me fix my laptop since the part was not available but they took a lot of time and patience to go over the details with me. Didn't charge me a dime so they need to be recognized as excellent customer service. I will definitely come back if I have any other problems and will recommend their services to all my colleagues thanks again!

Brought my MacBook Pro shortly after coffee spilled and was told that it would be opened immediately and they would do a diagnostic test later in the day. It took them all day just to open the computer so it would dry out. I specifically asked if they could open computer immediately, and the answer was "Yes". If they would have told me they are too busy to do so, I would have gladly taking my computer closer to where I live. Obviously, acidity of the coffee was doing more damage as it was sitting inside of the computer. Anyhow, coming back to pick up my computer a couple day later, I see coffee stains all over the screen and keyboard and Alex (manager) told me that they did not clean it, because it can remove the paint. Really, what paint?!? Technician took computer back to clean it up.

The next day after working on the computer I found out that key board is not working well and computer was missing one internal screw and a few external screws. Called place back and was told that they will mail me all the missing screws. Well it is has been 5 weeks and I have yet to receive them. Not sure what to do next and for all that I was charged over $500.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job! They fixed two of our computers quickly and they are working great! Highly recommend Vellve Systems! Alex was a great communicator, explaining but the problem, solution and time expected to completion!

Quick and professional. I spilt water on my laptop and brought it to them for a free diagnostic. Turned out the motherboard was fried and since the laptop was 5 years old, I declined service. However, I had a great experience with them.

I had spilled some water on my MacBook and needed it fixed ASAP. I found this place on google and decided to give it a try. Before I go any further I will say that the man I spoke with was very nice, however, did not have a clue what he was talking about. He told me my laptop was showing signs of hard drive failure, needed a keyboard replacement, and also that the battery & motherboard were damaged.

He told me that to start, it would be $300+ for the keyboard replacement that would take several days to come in and that after it comes in I may need to replace the other things as well and he also said "may need another MacBook".hmm. So, I ended up taking my laptop to Experimac in Ballantyne. They were AMAZING, said that my laptop ONLY needed a keyboard replacement which was $200.

They had my laptop ready in less than 24 hours. So my advice if you are having any computer problems would be to skip this place and go to Experimac, or literally anywhere else for that matter.

I am frequently in town for conventions and sure as could be, my external hard drive failed on me. My computer would not recognize the drive at all, it started making some loud noise. I seriously freaked out because all my important documents were there. I called few places until I decided to bring it to Vellve Systems. The data was recovered in 1 day as I told then this was an emergency.

My experience with them was professional and on-time. I highly recommend this company if you have bad hard drives like me! This service was done 3 months ago but the reason I needed to write a review, is because I recently had them work on my computer to install a new printer, they didn t charge me anything because they said it was too simple and I was a repeated customer. Thank you guys!

Alex and his team were a pleasure to work with and really helped me out in a bind. He was eager to help and kept me in the loop. He also let me know how things were progressing on the time table he promised. Hardware can be a tough business and you can't please everyone but it is nice to know someone who has been in the business a while.

Excellent repair shop and super nice people. I was freaking out after my laptop broke in PIECES. I had taken it to the Apple Store and they told me my data was gone, I was recommended to this repair shop so I gave them a visit and glad I did! All my data was recovered, they didn't fix the laptop because I told them not to. They didn't charge me a diagnostic fee at all so I just had to pay for the data recovered. All my friends and family will be recommended!

I had a major accident with my work laptop. I accidently dropped it, some pieces flew off and it wouldn't boot anymore, I desperately needed my data at some point, Vellve Systems was able to recover all my data when another shop couldn't. This mistake was an expensive and learning lesson for me but I'm so happy I found them!

It is extremely important to stay up with technology and be protected from vulnerable attacks on the Internet, you will be extremely satisfied with Vellve Systems.

Hi, we brought in a company laptop infected by a virus. It was bad! We couldn't open up any files. They diagnosed our machine for free. We declined the service, at the moment, because our manager was not there to authorize the repair. Like I said, we paid ZERO for them to look at it. The next week, when our manager was in, we took it back for the repair. The laptop is now working and all of our files are there without any issues. Great customer service and prices!

Updated review. I have been dealing with this company since longer than 2013, I bought few computers from them for my office and they have backed up their service 100%. I recently had a problem with an HP computer I bought from them, warranty was for 1 year but with the manufacture, they asked me to allow them to handle the service to contact HP to speed things up, they were able to get my laptop repaired through HP within 1 business days for the cost of NOTHING.

They wanted to help me out since I've been a long time customer, this is what I truly call a great customer service and great to their customers, Local family owned shops are the best!

Our company had 3 laptops that would not get to the desktop screen. This company offered free diagnostics for them to come to our location which I thought it was super convenient, I had called 2 other places and they wanted at least 100 to come out for a diagnosis, we didn't really want to let the laptops leave our facility due to network security issues. Vellve Systems came out and performed a brief diagnosis, they offered to take the laptops back to their shop but like I said, we couldn't do that for security reasons.

The next day they came back with all parts needed and fixed them on the spot, they hooked them all up to these network again. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable, we will use them from now and on. I'm still surprised they didn't charge anything to come out.

I called around few places and this company was the only one with free estimates. I took my iMac for repair since it didn't turn on after the storm we had 2 days ago, and they told me they'd call me as soon as they could figure out what the issue was. Later in the evening one of the techs called me, telling me a part had been blown and the part was in stock.

They fixed it right away and gave me 1 year warranty. They didn't try to up sell me anything and I was very happy with the service. Excellent computer repair service. Thank you very much and I will make sure my friends get to know about your company.
