As of 03/10/2021, we (CMOKC) want to advise all of our existing + new clients that we are 'still' able to service your computer related (e.g. Software, Data, & General Troubleshooting, etc. + networking needs; whether they be at your brick-and-mortar location / business or in your home. In some cases (if it works out) we can either remote into your computer to troubleshoot and resolve issues, or we can simply pick up your computer, and work on it at our facility and then deliver it back to you when done.

Best decision! Robert is wonderful! Our desktop Mac wasn't working right. The thought of dealing with Apple was anxiety inducing to say the least. Robert was out in a few days- coming to us! And had the computer working right and fixed within about 45 minutes. Best part is we learned a few things too, not being the most technologically savvy folks. We appreciated his professionalism and communication was great. We would highly recommend him and are happy to have found him in the event of a future need.

I cannot say enough good things about Dawn and her group. Committed to quality service, customer oriented and very patient for those of us that are not techy. Very timely on repairs and svc and will even answer simple questions over the phone. I have used Computer Medics for 2-3 years and have nothing but good to say.

I have been working with Robert for about 4 years now and he is just awesome! He has always been readily available for any quick question our office may have and has always been able to get to our office quick when we are in a jam. He is unbelievably knowledgeable about all things electronics! He is extremely honest and works quick to reduce the time billed to his clients. I would and have recommended Robert to everyone I know!

A technician from Computer Medics was very helpful when my Mac apps were frozen. I dropped it at their store in Kansas City and they called me the next day to pick it up. Their charges were pocket friendly and their services were excellent. I will definitely go to them again whenever I have a problem with my Apple Mac.

The customer service was very friendly and flexible as well as very timely. I went in with a broken laptop screen, and no one in the city carries the screen. They had one on express order for me and my computer was fixed within five days for a very reasonable price (especially considering the rush job.) I will definitely recommend it!
