This business is the BEST at computer repair and sales. I have brought computers in for service, and have been completely satisfied every time. They give great advice, especially on the cost of repairs and the expected results. In fact, I have since bought a desk top and a Lenovo lap top from them. I would not go anywhere else for repair or purchase of computers, supplies, and service.

I went in to Computer Depot today to have my HP dv6500 laptop serviced. While they were willing to do the work, I was very impressed with the honesty that I was greeted with. This computer is 25 months old and has a bad fan. The service man reccommended that I not fix the fan, as he felt it would const about $200, and they have had alot of this model come in with a bad motherboard.

Important to note: he did not try to sell me a new laptop instead! He did suggest that I either try to fix it myself or purchase a cooling lap fan that would blow into the laptop to give it more time. Again - I am very iimpressed that the service tech was honest with me and did not upsell the situation!
