Used to be good when Jerry worked there. Now I just called to get a simple refurbished PoE switch. The women who answered obviously was not at all technical and want a part number which I don't have and shouldn't have needed. She then said she had to talk to there technical department about choices and they couldn't come up with anything? She said I should go to Best Buy LOL. WOW.
I am sure the 16 year old working there will be able to help me. Tried to use a local business and that's what you get. In other words, don't bother. "Computer Connection" and they cannot figure out what a PoE switch is?
