My parents and I have been coming here since i was a little kid over 5 years and have never been done wrong. Amazing people unfortunately people say they are mean but I can assure you they mean well and are not.

I call this place to update the BIOS on my Rig and the guy said verbatim "We don't do entry level BIOS updates" and then hung up on me, what good are you then? He try to suggest that I could do it myself but if I could why would I call them for help? Whatever dude!

Brought in my broken Dell laptop that was no longer covered under Dell's warranty to this store. The computer tech was super thorough and got my laptop repaired in no time. I am really happy with the repairs and that I didn't need to spend a lot more $ to get a new laptop.
