I reached out to Byte Right when my computer went dead all of sudden and I was very impressed by their customer service throughout the entire process. They were able to take my computer in that day and had information about it by the end of the day which was amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every question I had throughout the entire process. Having my computer stop working was a situation that threw me into a frenzy so it was a relief to be so well taken care of by the staff at this company. Though my computer issues were beyond fixing, they helped me identify a new computer that would suit my needs. I would highly recommend this place!

I always try to support small local businesses and I'm really glad that I found this company! My daughters laptop died and she needs it for school. I called Byte Right and they told me that they would do a free 15 minute evaluation then give me a price to repair the laptop. I don't understand computers at all but whatever was causing the problem was minor and they fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me a cent! They were so polite and helpful!
