I have done contract work in York for over 10 years. I used to work along side some of BIGs techs and they were great many years ago. Now they are all gone and current techs seem to create the most difficult work environment so companies can not live without a constant support agreement. It appears BIG has gone the way of HIG, 2K and Quality where they have a dozen managers and 3 underpaid techs doing all the work.

Their service is certainly better than my apartment complex's last provider. However, they throttle speeds. 20 Mb down and up is laughable in a building with fiber optic connections to gigabit capable Comcast Business. Please stop throttling The Varsity!

Worst internet ever. Everyone in my apartment complex agrees. This is a constant, on going issue that needs to be resolve. "BIG" Wireless needs to live up to it's name.
