Bulldog Information Technologies was founded in the Spring of 2004 with the dream of giving clients a quality choice for their computer technical support. We offer not only technical outsourcing support, but also computer hardware/software sales, network security/support, service/repair of existing computers and built to order business class computers. We also offer basic and advanced computer training.

With Bulldog Information Technologies' custom built computers, the client will be assured of a quality built computer at a fair price. Bulldog personnel inquire the purpose of the computer application to be sure each business computer will meet the need of the customer and business. After fully understanding the need, we will begin construction of the computer. All components used are of a high quality and carry a one year warranty. Upon completion, we give a lifetime warranty for all labor performed while manufacturing the computer.

In 2005 Bulldog Information Technologies expanded its services by providing the only emergency after hours technical support in the Columbia Basin. With Bulldog's staff, most computer software issues can be resolved on-site. Virus removal, spy/adware removal, software installation, operating system upgrades, data and systems backups are all tasks Bulldog IT's staff can accomplish with the ease of a simple phone call.

We also provide pick up and delivery of computer systems needing part replacement or repair. Bulldog IT offers computer components at a fair and reasonable price. Bulldog IT can upgrade existing computer systems with the most recent component releases.

Bulldog Information Technologies can maintain or upgrade existing networks. Bulldog IT's technicians can design and install either a wired or wireless network to meet the need of the individual customer. Bulldog IT also offers the latest security measures such as: firewalls, wireless encryption, and protection against hackers, to protect the customer's valuable data.

We can also design and build a custom network to suit any need. Bulldog IT can setup any home or office on a wireless network to share the internet, files and/or printer stations. We can also manage and update existing networks, servers and/or routers. Bulldog IT's technicians can also gain access to customers’ computers (with their authorization) and/or networks remotely to troubleshoot and solve problems, as well as perform routine maintenance.

Our staff is well trained on various software applications. A customer can setup a consultation to discuss a training program toward the need of the software use. Bulldog IT's staff will then setup a schedule and proceed to train the customer in the highlights and in-depth process of the software. Current courses taught are: Intro the PC's, Intro to the Internet, MS Office Applications, Intro to QuickBooks, and eBay Selling Program.

In November, 2007 Bulldog Information Technologies moved to its current location to offer and host it's Live Remote Support Services. Live Remote Support allows our technicians to view and control your computer without having to go to your location.
