As our church grew and our computer systems and needs grew, our staff could no longer keep up with the pace of technology. After interviewing several vendors, we settled on Bluetowne to outsource our IT needs. From the beginning, their expertise and ability to walk us through multiple scenarios for growth and expansion instilled in us a great sense that we had hired the right company.

Over the years, they proved again and again to be the right people for our organization. They respond quickly to requests for service and their employees are always courteous and professional. Dealing with employees with different levels of knowledge of computers and computer systems is tricky. They always respond without being condescending to those who don't really know much and they respect the level of knowledge acquired by our employees who have spent years helping with our computer systems.

When it comes to troubleshooting problems, they listen carefully to initial assessments by our staff and to their questions, answers, and concerns. Doing so helps our employees understand that they are a valuable part of the process. Therefore, our employees are not shy about being involved in finding solutions which leads to better and more timely results when we do have issues.

I have worked with many vendors providing many services over the years. Bluetowne is definitely at the top of my list of favorite companies to work with and I heartily recommend them without reservation.
