Bay Computing has been the IT support service for our office for over 10 years. Thank God we found Bay Computing. After my Big boss got back from a trip we were just talking about how much of a relief it was knowing what could have turned into a crisis while out of town was fully handled by Bay. In the time it took our management to reach out to Bay Computing and report the issues we were having with our key software we found out they were already on the phone with the vendor after an end user called and were isolating what was causing the problem to get us settled before the weekend.

When it became clear the problem was on the vendor's side Bay Computing send detailed email updates to our core team and made sure their on-call technicians over the weekend knew all of the latest in case any help was needed overnight/the weekend. When we all got back from the weekend (and our software vendor fixed their issues) the Bay technicians also made sure to double back with our team and make sure things were good to go with the software and check to make sure none of us needed any help! Glad we found these guys and you will be too.

I have been working with Bay Computing Group for years. They really care about their customers. The owners are very hands on and are constantly making sure that the customers needs are met. I have worked with many of the techs and they have all been very knowledgeable and every time have fixed my issues. They are always ready and willing to explain the issues, how it happened, why something happened and what I could do differently to make things on my end run more smoothly!

As with automobiles, something is bound to go wrong at some time, it is just the nature of things but Bay Computing is there when that time does come and they will be there again! So as long as they keep things up and running I am happy and will remain happy!

Our company uses Bay Computing on their help desk. We are converting to Office365 and when I came in this morning, my scanner was not working. The tech who helped me was friendly, nice, professional, and most importantly to me, got the job done. I'm glad our company has hired them.

Bay Computing's IT support model is the way to go for small to mid-sized businesses. Fixed pricing and unlimited support provides structure and consistency--even in the face of the inherently unpredictable nature of IT support. When everything seems to be blowing up all at once (and some days are just like that), it's good to know that help is there--and not nickel-and-diming you along the way. Bay Computing's smart and practical mix of on-site and remote support provides the best of both models.

Solid remote access tools let them make quick fixes without waiting for someone to come out and crawl around under your desk, but they're also there in person when you need them to be. They also take disaster prevention seriously--which starts with smart architecture, using the cloud where it makes sense, using on-premises hardware where it doesn't.

When there are problems--and no computer system is failure-proof--they've got a good escalation path from the tech who answers the phone to senior engineers who can come to the rescue if there's a crisis. I worked with Kirk Harding and his team at several different organizations over the years, and I was impressed by their flexible approach to the unique problems at different sites.

Despite offering flat-fee support, they don't offer one-size-fits-all service: they were flexible and responsive in tailoring support packages that made sense for the individual needs of different offices.

Bay computing group was there when I needed them. We are a small company and when a computor problem happens it can be hard on us. About a year ago I decided we could no continue without a tec support group. We look on yelp to help in deciding which one of the many companies to solve our support needs. I am so glad I call Bay computing and signed a contact for tec support.

About 2 weeks ago our network went down, so we call our support team a Bay computing. They got started diagnosing our problem over the phone. In a short time we were up and our business was working again. I am truly happy with the knowledge of their people at Bay Computing to solve my network and cloud needs now and in the future.

I don't really know Bay Computing as a "business". The company where I work has used them for basic infrastructure support for several years. My interaction is with several individual support reps. Always quick response, always patient with my sometimes incomplete knowledge of what my issue is, or what I want done. Just this morning I had some email configuration issues. Andy responded very quickly. He also presented me with options. Turned out what I asked for wasn't the best choice. He made that clear in a gracious manner.

We are a small tech business, we rely on our computers functioning otherwise the whole office shuts down. BCG served us well. I love their cloud service and online ticketing system where it allows them to take care of urgent issues immediately.

I hired these guys while managing IT for a previous employer. Initially I was impressed with the service. Unfortunately, that went out the door along with the wonderful team that was mistreated by this company's ownership. BCG became a revolving door, and when that many employees come and go then it must say something about the guy at the wheel. Save yourself some serious frustrations, and multiple introductions - look for managed services elsewhere.

I worked with Bay Computing group on a large infrastructure upgrade in preparation for a huge ERP implementation in 2012-2013. The team came up with a server configuration that the ERP vendor admitted was better than the one they themselves recommended, and at significant cost savings. We went with Bay's recommendation. They handled the hardware/software installation plus infrastructure troubleshooting/design/upgrade on the entire network.

On the whole I find them accessible, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. There were more than one occasion when they were on site into the wee morning hours until a resolution was found. I highly recommend Bay Computing for any IT needs.

I used these guys for 4-5 years. I finally fired them several months ago. I should have fired them right after hiring them, but never got around to looking for someone else. I contacted BCG shortly after my previous tech support company, Everdream Corp in Fremont, stopped providing support to small businesses. Everdream was the best technical support company I have ever used. Kirk H, the owner of BCG, came out to look at our computer system and write specs for new computers, which he ordered through Dell. Unfortunately, he sent a new tech out to actually install the machines.

The tech created two complete Documents and Settings folder structures. The P2P network never worked right. The AV software would degrade performance significantly whenever it ran. Whenever I called them with problems, their solution was to reformat the hard disk and reinstall everything. On the plus side, they would return calls promptly and their remote access app worked well. Many of their techs were personable and would spend time working on problems, but I often got the impression that they were learning as they went.
