By connecting to your computers remotely we’re able to fix issues more quickly than if we made an onsite visit. We’re also able to perform maintenance or fix non-critical issues after hours so that we do not disrupt your work day.

We use industry leading Remote Access software from Citrix to perform all of our Remote Support. This ensures that the connection to your computer is safe and secure. We find that we’re able to fix roughly 90% of all reported issues using our Remote Support software. As long as your computer has an internet connection, we can provide support.
