Have you ever thought about switching your IT Support, or adding to it? Please do not take my word for it. Just take 5 minutes, go to AdvaTech's contact us page and fill out their form. I don't want to spoil this for you, but the response time was instant. Obviously, some email automation. But, I'm talking about an actual person reaching out, looking how to make my "IT life" better. Here's what caught me off guard though.
That same day, when I returned from lunch, I had a package addressed to me sitting on my desk. AdvaTech. In it, all I needed to know about next steps, the company, etc. I thought great marketing, but what about the actual IT support. Let me say this - I have moved everything into their hands, and am looking for a continued relationship with a company I can trust.
I don't think I have to mention this really, but some of you that have read this far deserve to know: We had an issue migrating from our previous IT support to AdvaTech. I was notified by AdvaTech before I even noticed the issue in-house. Again. an outside company new our issue, and fixed it, before it was an issue for us locally. If your company is still messing with IT, or not running worry-free, invest 5-minutes and fill out a request form on their website. It's worth it!
