Totally exceeded our expectations. Literally transformed my elderly father's 11 year old laptop into a new computer! Spent all day on one particular problem until he solved it. This company and its proprietor are amazing. Good amazing, that is. My 93-year-old mother had to buy a new computer when her old one died, but she didn't know much about how the old one was configured and of course it wouldn't divulge its secrets because it was dead. Despite a total lack of documentation, Wes managed to figure out all of the configuration details and get the new one working properly.
